Abstract
Book embeddings of graphs have been the subject of extensive study. In this chapter we generalize the definition of such embeddings by allowing book pages to be Möbius strips, rather than half planes. We give an application of these Möbius books and we give page bounds for complete graphs and bipartite graphs. We conclude with optimal Möbius book embeddings of some well-known graph families.
