Abstract
We denote by ℝ and ℂ the real and complex numbers, respectively. Moreover, ℂ−, ℂ0, and ℂ+ denote the open left half complex plane, the imaginary axis, and the open right half plane, respectively. Similarly, ℂ⊖,, and ℂ⊕ denote the open unit disc, the unit circle, and the area outside the unit circle, respectively.
