2009 American control conference: Conference reports

The 2009 American Control Conference (ACC) was held at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront in St. Louis, Missouri, US, between June 10-12, 2009. The ACC was jointly organized by the auspices of the American Automatic Control Council (AACC) and the U.S. National Member Organization of the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC). Several professionals working in control, automation, and related areas in a number of American institutes and organizations gathered at the event. Some of the organizations from which participants participated in the event, included American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). The conference provided an appropriate environment for interaction among the attendees and for the enjoyment of the local attractions and rich culture.
