Yemisi Awotoye

Ph.D.

Dr. Awotoye joined the Gonzaga family in Fall 2019 as an Assistant Professor. She teaches undergraduate strategic management and international management. Her research interests include well-being and resilience in organizational and entrepreneurial settings, women entrepreneurship, work-family interface, and diversity. She is a recipient of the 2019 Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) award from Indiana University. She has published her research in various business journals and also presented at national and regional conferences such as the Academy of Management, Eastern Academy of Management, AMA Marketing and Public Policy, and United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE).
