Hannah Brinser

Ph.D.

Dr. Hannah Brinser is the Program Director of School Counseling at Gonzaga University. Hannah earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Idaho State University, a M.A. in School Counseling from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!), and a B.S. in Psychology from Western Washington University. Additionally, she is a Certified School Counselor (ESA-SC WA) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Hannah believes strongly in the unique role and opportunity school counselors have in creating meaningful change within schools and communities. Her research and professional interests include leadership and advocacy in school counseling, school counselor professional identity and professional advocacy issues, and crisis and trauma practices in schools.
