Katie Arnold

Dr. Arnold (she/her) has 20 years' experience working in organizational and leadership development. She has taught a variety of I/O Psychology courses at both DePaul University and the University of Portland before joining Gonzaga University. Dr. Arnold is a certified professional coach and expert in personality and individual differences. She is passionate about partnering psychological research and concepts with real life professional experience, as well as supporting students in achieving their goals.
