Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Operations Management from the University of Texas at Austin. He teaches undergraduate courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His research interests include emerging technologies, sustainability, and retail operations.
